Admission Process

Once the application has been submitted, the directors will review all student information.

The admissions team will then schedule a family interview, in-person or online, which both the student and parents must attend. 

​

After the family interview, parents and/or guardians will be notified by phone if the student has been accepted for admission to VVCA. 

​

Upon student's acceptance, the parent's and student must sign a contract for the current school year. 

​

The student must read and sign the handbook prior to move in day. 

​

It is our desire to have all 15 vacancies filled by July 10 for the upcoming school year.
